Carroll Media Services recently completed an outdoor advertising audit for a National Convenience Store chain and reported that on average that 86% of the units were compliant and met the contractual requirements. As many as 25% of the scheduled units in some markets had deficiencies reported, however. All units were inspected for on-time posting, working illumination, condition of copy, and visibility standards. Carroll Media Services recently completed an outdoor advertising pre-ride for a National Entertainment Company and recommended that 27% of the charted units be changed due to poor quality and coverage standards.
