Fairway, Olympus Complete OOH Media Merge

These two very respected Outdoor Advertising operators in the US merged to become the 4th largest traditional OOH Advertising group in the US.   We personally know and respect several members of both organizations and wish them much success with the merger.  It will be interesting to see how they structure two dynamic sales and management teams to run their operations now in 17 states.

Denver Airport Flies with Digital Out of Home Screens

Following the news last week that Las Vegas’ McCarran Airport had approved 900 digital out of home (DOOH) screens, Denver International Airport has given Clear Channel the approval to install 118 screens of varying sizes – including large 70″ flat panel video walls.  As DOOH expands worldwide, it appears that major airports in the US are following some European models for state of the art DOOH screens that are interactive, provide traveler information, and of course deliver targeted OOH Advertising.… Read more
