Marketing programs at the POC have recently grown in scope and are commanding big budgets – and more accountability.  As a 3rd party auditor, Carroll Media Services has years of experience in this field and has developed a customized mobile report to audit various marketing programs at the POC.  Digital Out of Home in the waiting rooms and exam rooms are typically inspected, along with various other collateral programs that are contracted.

A letter of introduction explaining our purpose and asking permission is presented to office staff per arrival.

Typical programs at POC audited are:
– Waiting room TV(s) – Video and Audio quality
– Collateral materials in the waiting room
– Digital Tablets/Digital Wallboards

CMS uses a custom mobile app to record findings while at the facility. Each location is geo tagged and a photo of the outside/marquis is captured. Other performance photos are captured with permission by staff.

CMS selects medical offices and facilities at random based on a client-provided list.

The Report Dashboard and summary is available for the client to view 24/7 during the audit.
