Retainer Programs

Carroll Media works on many individual projects, but for those advertisers, agencies, buying services, and marketers that have a substantial amount of outdoor advertising, promotions, retail executions, and movie theater programs in multiple markets; the Carroll Media Retainer Program is the best utilization of our services at the most reasonable rate.

OutdoorAdTrak – A predetermined amount of units are pre-ridden or audited each month/quarter and markets and programs can be changed each month to provide the outdoor advertiser with flexibility. An email is sent to the advertiser within 24 hours of each pre-ride or audit with detailed feedback and recommendations. Photographs of all problems and a sample of non-problem (proof-of-performance) photos are posted, along with a detailed summary of our findings, on the Carroll Media Secured Server.

Carroll Media Field Professionals will report to the outdoor advertiser “Anytime” a problem is discovered with any of their programs. All Retainer clients receive Priority Ranking with last minute pre-ride and audit request, plus all Retainer clients receive deep discounts on subscribing to OutdoorAdVault.

Carroll Media provides a Network of trained professionals looking out for the advertiser’s outdoor investment at all times.

PromotionTrak / In-StoreTrak / TheaterTrak – A predetermined amount of projects or work is scheduled for each month/quarter and programs can be changed each month to provide the client with flexibility. An email is sent to the client within 24 hours of each assignment completion with detailed information. Follow-up photos and a summary of the project results are posted on the CMS secured server.
