Carroll Media is in Times Square 2X per day, Monday through Friday, to inspect various digital Outdoor Advertising displays. Other forms of Out-of-Home media can also be audited / monitored while our Field Professionals are in Times Square.

Up-Close and Professional
CMS Field Professionals are trained to evaluate various digital delivery methods and report notable problems that cannot be captured on a mounted video camera.

Reporting
Each digital inspection – whether the advertiser chooses 1X or 2X per day – includes the following:

• Digital photo with time/date stamp emailed within 2 hours
• Customized report form emailed within 2 hours
• Cell phone call from Times Square on emergencies
• Storage of all reports and photos on CMS’ secured server

24/7 Access
Each CMS Times Square customer is able to view or download organized, archived daily reports from our server 24/7.
