In this article, the OAAA reports that OOH revenues were up in Q3 and McDonald’s was the top spender in the first 9 months of the year.  It is also mentioned that Digital OOH contributed to the growth in OOH, with a separate report predicting DOOH will have a 12.4% increase in 2013.
