Product Demos/Sampling

Carroll Network Field Professionals are thoroughly briefed about the product, setup, demo/sampling hours, and overall contractual agreement prior to visiting the venue. Arriving unannounced, our Field Professionals pose as a customer to test the worker’s knowledge and zeal about the product, note station setup, and record the amount of product on the shelves. Additional information can be procured during our audit per the needs of our client. All reports are customized in a spreadsheet pertinent to the contractual agreement with individual comments, along with photo documentation.

Event Marketing Auditing and Observations

Our Field Professionals are provided the details and scope of our client’s event marketing goals and contractual terms; then report immediately after a thorough unannounced observation, audit, and analysis. Photo/video documentation accompanies a customized spreadsheet report.

Guerilla Marketing and Street Teams

Audits are done unannounced with detailed comments and spreadsheet reporting of the contractual terms, along with photo documentation. Per the request of our clients, CMS Field Professionals can interact with the vendors and assist in addressing any concerns found during the audit.
