Carroll Media Services recently completed over 2,500 digital outdoor advertising audits in New York’s Times Square since providing this service in 2006.  CMS Field Professionals are in Times Square every weekday in the morning and evening to check their client’s digital signage.  High resolution photographs and detailed grid reporting are used during each audit, and all photos and reports are submitted to our clients within 1 hour of  each DooH inspection.   While most of the digital signs in Times Square have a web camera that can be remotely accessed and monitored, many of these cameras do not detect some of the issues that are only visible to the naked eye and routinely reported through the Carroll Media Times Square Audits.  In addition, CMS provides advertisers with a historical matrix of problem areas that can be sorted by time of day, day of the week, and  isolates areas of each digital display for repeat issues.
