Carroll Media Services recently completed an outdoor advertising audit for a National Convenience Store chain and reported that on average  that 86% of the units were compliant and met the contractual requirements.  As many as 25% of the scheduled units in some markets had deficiencies reported, however.  All units were inspected for on-time posting, working illumination, condition of copy, and visibility standards.  The program was a general market campaign utilizing Traditional Bulletins and Digital Bulletins.  CMS audited a total of 107 units in 8 markets: Atlanta, Dallas, St. Louis, Phoenix, Wichita, Tucson, Kansas City, and Tulsa.
