Conducting Surveys at the Airport

Carroll Media Research conducted a recall/effectiveness study recently in London’s Lutton Airport to determine advertising recall on board a select airline.  Passengers were asked a series of unaided and aided recall questions while at baggage claim about their recent flight and potential advertising exposure on the planes.

 

Carroll Media Research has done similar recall studies in the past year for on board airline advertising in Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International and Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airports.
